Tilda’s Tribe specialise in making quality, handmade products from our farm in Yorkshire. All of our products comply with current EU legislation and have full safety assessments from a registered chemist. Due to the handmade and natural process used in the process, size, shape, texture, colour and general appearance may differ from batch to batch, and bar to bar. Every bar is unique.
When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide your correct name, address, and postcode. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery if inaccurate information is provided during the checkout process.
Payment must be made in full before orders can be dispatched. Payment can be made directly on our site (www.tildastribe.co.uk) we use Stripe and Paypal as our payment gateways, however, you will only use your preferred option at checkout.
Tilda’s Tribe creates luxury, handmade soaps and accessories. due to the personal nature of our products, We can only accept returns unopened and unused. Goods that arrive with us in an unsaleable condition will be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal delivery charge will apply.
Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
The refund will then be processed by either Paypal & Stripe (depending on your original payment method) in accordance with their refund policies.
